It is imperative to ensure that accurate and complete delivery addresses are provided by the sender when arranging for the delivery of flowers, plants, gifts, and preserved goods. Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee successful delivery if the address provided is fictitious or incomplete. Moreover, in cases where the recipient cannot be located or contacted, our ability to ensure delivery is likewise compromised. To facilitate smooth delivery operations, we need a valid local contact number. In instances where deliveries are unsuccessful due to factors such as the recipient's absence at the provided address or refusal of delivery, our policies are as follows:

  1. Cancellation and Refund: Should you wish to cancel an order, we require notification at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. In such cases, a full refund will be granted without hesitation.
  2. Partial credit : In the event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will promptly inform you and proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion, whether it be the original product or any substitute item.
  3. Reimbursement Procedure : Following confirmation from either the client or intended recipient via mail or phone, our establishment will initiate the online refund process. We kindly ask for your patience, as it may take between 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed accordingly.
