  • Can I add a gift card and a message to my order? What is the maximum word limit?

Once you've placed your order, you'll be given the opportunity to add a note after entering your shipping and billing information. Messages of up to 180 characters can be included in your complimentary card.


  • Can the order be amended once placed?

We can amend your order before it is shipped. No changes can be made to an order once it has been sent. Changes to the shipping address, items ordered, gift card messages, and so on are all included in this.

Please keep in mind that during the busy season (November-December), we may not be able to make modifications to your purchase even if you phone or email us right away.


  • Can I order more than one gift basket at a time for different locations?

Yes, you can place multiple bulk orders at various locations.


  • Is it possible to print my company logo on any of the baskets?

Absolutely! The gift card that comes with each order can be customised to contain your company's logo, motto, and other marketing materials for no additional charge. For printing the logo on the deliveries, please allow an additional 7 business days after placing the order. 


  • Do you accept credit or debit cards?

The following payment options are available: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, zipPay, AfterPay, Direct Deposit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. It's possible to select a certain country and currency on our website, but this is only a recommendation and all payments are converted accordingly. 


  • Will I get an invoice?

Yes. After you've placed your order online, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page where the invoice is displayed. You will also receive an email confirmation, regardless of whether you do it online or over the phone. In the event that you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, it may be because the email address was entered erroneously or because it was captured in a spam filter.


  • Where can I use coupon codes?

You can enter the discount code on the payment page. When you are asked for your email address and shipping address, there will also be a place on the page for a "discount code." Each customer can only use one discount code at a time.


  • What are your delivery times?

Depending on the basket and the location, we have different delivery times and days. As we deliver our products in 27 countries, it can take up to 5 business days for a package to arrive, depending on the location. We can deliver the package in 1-3 business days to the majority of destinations if you opt for express delivery. Check out our country-specific delivery schedules.


  • What are the shipping and delivery charges?

It totally depends on what you are ordering and the price of the product. In the case of standard delivery, no additional charges are applicable, but if you are time-bound, it will add an additional cost.

  • Will I receive a delivery confirmation?

 Yes, once the payment is done, you will get an email confirmation of your order as well as the delivery.


  • Can you guarantee a specific time for delivery?

 Most serviced locations have deliveries between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time. However, if you have a specific request in mind, we'll do our best to accommodate you.


  • Do you deliver at midnight?

 Yes. If it is possible for us and we have that in stock, then we can deliver the product at midnight, depending on the location.


  • Do you deliver to hospitals, hostels, or churches?

Yes, we deliver to non-traditional locations. It's important to keep in mind that our couriers are not always allowed to deliver gifts directly to recipients in hospitals; as a result, the goods are brought to either the administration desk or the department that receives all incoming packages.

Please keep in mind that the full name of the church or temple and its complete address are required to ensure a successful delivery. You must also say if the person receiving the gift is a member of the congregation or just a visitor on the day the gift is given.


  • What happens if the recipient is not at home when your delivery agent is at the doorstep?

You have a few options if your recipient is not at home. It's up to you whether you want us to leave your present at the door or whether you want us to leave a note with our phone number +1 (858) 943-3886 on the recipient's door for an additional cost. When delivering to an apartment complex, it is not recommended to leave the present at the door.
