Brut Nature is an alternative to the standard Louise 2004 cuvée because it is non-dosed. The notion to create a vintage in non-dosage, hence in brut nature, was born because the Louise 2004 cuvée is naturally low in dosage. The raw version of the typical vintage, this champagne is referred to as Brut Nature 2004.
